[UPDATE] - The technical issues with direct credit card processing on the Get Astros page have now been resolved.

You may continue to purchase Astros with direct credit card payments, without further issue.

Note: All users that purchased via the Xsolla (700+) payment method from 9:30AM - 11:15 AM PST/OGP time will be credited for the difference in Astro package value owed.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with direct credit card processing on the Get Astros page.

In the interim, please use the Xsolla (700+) payment method to purchase Astros directly with your credit card. 



We will honor the same Astro package value as direct credit card payments, for all Xsolla purchases. Your account will be credited for the Astro difference within 24 hours of your purchase.
